Removeable Thermal valve covers

 

We offer a range of bespoke removeable thermal insulation covers in various innovative materials  and flexible insulation for valves, flanges, turbines and boilers , We can source a wide range of materials for different specifications. Removeable covers can be applied to valves and flanges in most systems but for those not suitable ,we also offer aluminium boxes with toggle and latch system for chilled water applications.

Our toggle box  design can be used in many areas including food production areas and clean rooms. Consisting of an insulated core and stainless steel/ aluminium shell, the box can be cleaned regularly and removed for maintenance while still providing excellent insulation properties for cold service  valves and flanges.
